"A dragon like Everett's"

Ezekiel has wanted a "dragon like Everett's" in the worst way. So he did little chores for us (and grandma!) and saved his quarters (plus he opted to save some money Nana sent him, instead of buying ice cream). Today he took his piggie bank (the cashew can) and traded in his hard earned money for his new toy. I'm so proud of him...and love that he is sleeping with that dragon now!

On another, not-so-fun note, please be praying for our family. I really don't know how much to say here - nor do I even have the energy to try to explain everything - but we are really struggling with our foster care situation. It is waaaay harder than we expected and the "honeymoon" period has definitely worn off. The endless tantrums, along with an incredibly taxing visitation schedule with C's dad, is definitely taking it's toll on us. Please pray for wisdom, patience, and that God would restore peace to our home in a way that is honoring to Himself. Thank you!

what a responsible young man! And he will love that dragon more because he worked for it and spent his own money :) So cute!
